Mekedatu to proceed after forest clearance; Rs 490 crore to irrigate 12,000 acres in Hanur
The budget says the Mekedatu project will be taken up after forest clearance from the Union Environment ministry. It also gives Rs 490 crore to the Vuduthorehalla scheme to irrigate 12,000 acres in Hanur taluk of Chamarajanagara.
