Silk parks planned at Ramanagara, Sidlaghatta, Haveri, Tandavapura and Kalaburagi
Silk parks will be established in Ramanagara, Sidlaghatta, Haveri, Tandavapura (Mysuru) and Kalaburagi. Karnataka produces about 46 percent of India's silk and runs a fully cashless online auction in 15 major cocoon markets.
