PM Awas Yojana - Urban 2.0 (PMAY-U 2.0)

Help for urban families to buy, build or rent an affordable home

PMAY-U 2.0 aims to support one crore urban families, mainly from economically weaker, low-income and middle-income groups, to own or rent a home. It has several routes: building on your own plot, affordable housing in partnership, affordable rental housing and an interest subsidy on home loans. The amount of central help depends on the route. Check eligibility, including that the family has no pucca house, on the scheme portal or at your municipality.
