PM Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana

Farm productivity mission for 100 low-productivity districts

PM Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana was announced in the 2025-26 Union Budget and approved by the Union Cabinet in July 2025 for 100 districts with low productivity, low credit and low crop intensity. It is reported to have an outlay of Rs 24,000 crore a year for six years. It brings together existing schemes to improve crop productivity, irrigation, storage and credit. Farmers in the selected districts benefit through the existing department schemes; there is no separate form. Ask the district agriculture officer whether your district is covered. Check the agriculture ministry for the district list and current figures.
